The walkthrough of the Elk Grove Esplanade Clubhouse, while still in the framing and plywood stage, offered a great preview of what’s to come. Though the space is currently under active construction, with open walls and exposed beams, it was easy to visualize the final layout thanks to the informative tour provided by the project team.

Highlights included an overview of the future amenities, such as the multi-purpose gathering room, fitness area, and outdoor recreation spaces. We also got a look at the planned game room, restaurant, bar, and VR Golf Area. The team shared helpful insights about design choices, material finishes, and anticipated timelines, giving everyone a clearer picture of the vision for the completed clubhouse.

It was an awesome chance to get to no more about the space and how it will support community events and activities in the near future. Despite the raw condition, the tour gave us all something to look forward to.
